Meet The Team

For Keith, owning a veterinary practice is not just about running a business — it is about building a place where pets receive the best possible care, owners feel supported and the team can flourish. Keith consults every Monday afternoon, while much of his time is spent behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly and guiding the practice forward.

He is particularly committed to reducing the clinic’s carbon footprint and embedding eco-friendly initiatives into everyday work, while also making staff wellbeing a priority. His leadership centres on creating a positive and resilient workplace where both people and animals can thrive.

She also picks up the occasional shift at Vets Now and, with her steady approach, is a great asset to both patients and the clinic in emergency situations.

In her spare time, Gemma enjoys walking her two dogs and running, regularly taking part in long-distance challenges around Essex.

She champions our green initiatives at Mayne Vets, helping to drive the practice towards greater sustainability. She also enjoys working with clients and educating them on the best care for their pets.

In her spare time, Lindsey rehabilitates hedgehogs, enjoys being outdoors and works as a yoga teacher. She also has a mischievous German Shepherd called Wilfred.

She brings valuable experience to the team and enjoys supporting patients and their owners as part of daily nursing care.

Outside of work, Esther enjoys spending time with her two children, especially at the beach when the English weather allows.

She has a Sheltie called Hester and a cat called Chai.
